What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number, company name and message you provide. We do not collect special-category data through this site, and we ask that you do not send confidential technical or commercial information through the enquiry form.
Why we collect it
To respond to you and, where relevant, to scope a possible engagement. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Confidentiality
Client confidentiality is a core professional obligation. Information shared during an engagement is held securely and disclosed only where you instruct us to, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@africacompliancesolution.com.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to operate the site, including a session cookie for staff signing in to the content management system. We do not run advertising trackers.
